My home was hot in summer and cold in the winter; all the bedrooms on the second floor had different temperatures. Having called Tropical Insulation, they handled every step professionally. They took the time to explain what I required but more important how the cost savings and comfort would impact our family.
The representative showed how my current insulation was uneven (see picture 7) and not up to current building standards. This was the fundamental cause of my temperature fluctuations of high heat and cold temps during summer/winter.
I am happy to report after two months that my homes temperatures between the main floor and second floor are now equal (Ecobee + 2 sensors). We are enjoying a great night sleep in a very cool bedroom, and I’m sure warm this winter!!
