The Gentleman who quoted us, was polite, he explained about his company, provided advice on the two projects, recommeded not doing the 2nd project as he didnt this it was a value add, he explained all the issues in the main attic, he followed up with us. When selected, they were able to schedule to meet our timing needs and the installation team was also friendly and polite. they were careful with our home and ensure that they cleaned up after themselves and brought the home R rating to R50.
