I had Brent come by our home in the Bloor West area in December and I cannot stress enough how great it was to have him give our newly bought older home a thorough go-over. He walked me through the entire house from the basement to the roof - found a few issues I would never have thought of and was very knowledable and professional. Just a great inspection - he spent a long time expaining everything, making suggestions ... and poked around in every corner and nook! Would highly suggest him for your own inspection needs!!
