Home inspection for new home purchase
I hired Classic Home Inspections after reading its positive reviews on Homestars. Few minutes after I requested for a quote through Homestars, Brent from Classic Home Inspection followed up with a call and email. On our appointment day, he came early to take photos and inspected around the outside of house. Then he went through the inside in detail. He was able to find a leak in the basement coming from a wall behind the hotwater tank where it was difficult to spot. The leak was coming from behind the pink insulation. After the inspection, we sat down and went through the concerns for the house and Brent answered all our questions. He provided a report the next morning with lots of photos and summary of the home condition.
Brent is an easy going and very nice guy. I would recommend him.
