He arrived at my appointment right on time (11:00 a.m.), and was ready to work. He showed me all aspects of the home and was eager to educate me on any items I was unsure about. He was very personable and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home. He pointed out any safety concerns and was open, frank and honest.
