I used Classic more than once for a home inspection and I have used other home inspection services as well. (including the overly expensive and worthless Carson Dunlop inspections)
Brent at Classic is by far the most knowledgeable home inspector I've met and provides advice that I will rely upon. Many home inspectors are not thorough and will report they didn't go on the roof or go into the attic. Classic Home inspections seems to understand how important a thorough investigation is and works hard to deliver this. I have walked from a home inspection based upon Classic's findings, while we had a listing home inspection that was satisfactory from the Seller.
