Brent came out to inspect our home which was a new construction. He was punctual and extremely polite. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Brent found important defects in both the interior and exterior of the house. He took photos and completed our 30 day Tarion warranty form. I would not hesitate to use his services again and would highly recommend him to friends.
Update: Unfortunately trying to book a follow up appointment (to ensure that the work was completed satisfactorily) and to get clarification on Brent's report, has proved to be very difficult and disappointing. On the whole he has been very slow to respond or has not responded at all.

The homes can either have a whole mess of problems, or have very minimal. I've had people hire me and they simply can't believe what I'm showing them what the builder did or did not do.
