Not sure we can add much more to the other superlative reviews stating how great Brent is... Our home inspection was detailed, educational and cost saving. We thought we would have to spend a great deal more to renovate the basement of our potential home. Brent came up with many effective but less expensive remedies. I liked your home and the neighborhood so much that I just went and bought one in that area myself!!! Surprisingly, a real hidden gem of a neighborhood in the GTA. An area that is not well known, maybe just as well. I'm sure you'll be happy with the home. How couldn't you be? I thought it was great. What's nice about these homes is that they are so well built, usually well looked after, and very easy to maintain. I sure hope you're a green thumb with that backyard!
