I just finished a thorugh 3 1/2 hour home inspection with Brent. It was truly a pleasure. You can ask him absolutely anything and he gives straight and knowledgeable answers. His business is to know houses and it shows. I had my contractor friend with me during the house inspection and he too was super impressed with Brent. I asked for a bunch of cards as I wouldn't hesitate for an instant to recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again!

When people take the same approach to the inspection as you did it certainly makes for an interesting inspection! I love it when the homebuyer is "hands on". You stuck with me the whole way asking me questions. For some reason, people think they're bothering me or interrupting me. No, go ahead and bother me, ask me questions. That’s what I'm there for. It was like when I showed you the electrical panel box. There was exception to the rules in this case, and I wanted you to understand them.
