I bought my house two years ago without the benefit of a home inspection. After a couple of "issues", I decided to have one done and found Brent on Home Stars. He was extremely thorough and spent hours going through my home on the inside and outside and was very patient answering my many questions. Thank you for the feedback !!! As well, the kind words. Well, you are not alone. Many homeowners were not in a position to use a home inspector when purchasing the property. Especially in those high demand areas where there are bidding wars. Unfortunately, many of those homeowners come accross issues that were not known when buying.
