Brent came to inspect a house for us with only 12 hours notice. He was on time and ready to "devour" the place. He allowed us to walk in his footsteps and ask all the questions we needed. In fact, he encouraged it. He was clearly not in a rush and took his time, providing us with a very detailed report. We would use his services again in a heartbeat.

Yes, I always encourage people to walk around with me at the inspection so that they get a good "feel" for the home. Some people opt not to and that’s okay too. But purchasing a home can be such a stressful ordeal that people get excited (and anxious) about the inspection and want to shadow me. I totally understand and encourage it.
