We can't speak highly enough about the exceptional service we received from all the employees at Clark Basement Systems. Right from our initial request for a quote through to job completion everyone was informative, pleasant and professional. Our basement flooded twice this summer due to excess rain water overflowing into our window well. Rob Malcomson thoroughly inspected the inside and outside of our home. His years of experience and expertise allowed us to make an informed decision. Rob provided brochures and a computer presentation that were visually helpful. The days following our visit Rob was always available by phone to answer any new questions we had. Luke and Tyrone installed our new window well. Luke initially took the time to look at all possible options that would give us the best outcome. We are garden lovers and our well is situated amongst plants in a small working space. We were impressed with Luke's talent managing the excavator in tight conditions with minimal impact on the surroundings. Luke and Tyrone were organized and meticulous. They were exceptionally conscientious regarding the protection of our lawn and plants. Our garden looks the same as before the new window well was installed! Amber kept us informed regarding scheduled visits by phone and email. We also received product and a personal profile on Rob in the mail. We couldn't be more impressed with Clarke Basement Systems. Everyone was punctual, personable and it's clear to see that everyone takes great pride in their work.
