The level of service I received from the initial phone call to inquire about services to the free onsite consultation to the actual technician here fixing the crack was top rate quality!! Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, respectful & patient (with all my questions - I'm a curious person) each one made me feel like I was being taken care of. The technician arrived on time & was done on time, dirt was controlled & cleaned up promptly, everything was very clear as to what I do next (let it dry 72 hours, then pull back the insulation, turn on a dehumidifier if I have one).
