We had water coming into our finished basement and suspected a foundation crack and an expensive job. We were even quoted by another company for waterproofing. Roy from Clarke came to visit and found the actual problem - a hole in the caulking around the basement window. He gave us advice on what caulking to use, as well as other tips to keep water out around the perimeter. He could have quoted us on an expensive waterproofing job like the other company did and we'd be none the wiser (as the first-time homeowners that we are), but he gave us an honest assessment. We appreciate this kind of stand-up business practice and will definitely call Roy if we have any future problems, and recommend him to all of our friends and associates.
