This is a company that spends a lot of time and resources perfecting the art of keeping a basement dry. Knowledgeable, excellent customer service, thorough, willing to see the job through to completion.

We had moisture issues in our basement that was causing mold. We called a few companies for diagnosis and clarke basement systems seemed to have the best handle on the situation. They had an innovative way to solve the issue at a much better price than the competitors. The workers Fitz and Daryle were very friendly and efficient. Was a pleasure to deal with them.

We needed to repair 2 cracks in our basement prior to our getting a new furnace and air conditioner. We called the company that we rent our hot water heater from to move it 5' from the wall and to put it back after the repair. That appointment was from 9 am to 12 pm. This done, Fitz and Darryl were called and came right away to repair the crack in between the movings of the heater. Extremely prompt, very professional, and well equipped they completed the repair in a minimal amount of time. Very impressed with their attention to detail and thoroughness. Fitz also made some beneficial suggestions to further reduce cold and leakage in our basement. Great information, accomodation and professionalism. Highly recommended!

The sales person (Emilio)was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the problem and it's solutions. The installers (Jose and Andrew) showed up exactly on time and were efficient and neat. They cleaned up after themselves and were personable. A pleasure employing this company.

They came in on time to do the job while explaining to me what would happen and offered lots of suggestions to fix any future problems. They cleaned up after the job was completed with no mess. I would definitely recommend these guys for any of your basement problems!

After we added a solarium and basement to house some 20 years ago, the new portion of the basement started to accumulate puddles, at first and now pools of water. I am pleased to say that after 4 months of having the basement repaired, some of which was during the rainy period and water still seeped in, the concrete has finally set and the basement is dry. I am not happy about the coarseness of mixture used for the finishing layer. They did not grind and smooth the surface which is rough and unpleasant to walk on. For the cost of the job, I expected Clarke to leave the disturbed section of the floor, smooth like the original.

Fitz and Daryl were true professionals - clean, efficient, and honest. The office was a pleasure to deal with, and Sammy was very accommodating and helpful in making a plan for our repair. Would recommend this company highly.
