I have used Clarke Basement Systems a couple times for different issues with my basement, and every time I've found their service to be exceptional. For this latest job, I first dealt with Rob T. to diagnose the problem (a backed up window well) and then the repair job was completed by Don C. and Storm. They got it done quickly and effectively, and sooner than had initially been estimated with my quote. I was very impressed! They also went the extra mile and adjusted some grading along the side of my house with leftover topsoil from the job, at no additional charge. From start to finish on this project, I felt that I was treated exceptionally well by Rob, Don, and Storm.
