Clarke Basement Systems

Thanks to Clarke Basement Systems we've had a dry basement for 8 years running...prior to having a complete system installed (including a triple safe pump) we had 2 floods in 3 years. I vowed never again, did a ton of research & am so glad I made the investment in a dry basement back in 2004.

Each year we have our annual servicing to make sure all is running smoothly. No matter who comes out the service is great, but this year it was exceptional. From Fiona remembering me when I called to book the appointment, to Jose who showed up right on time we had a 10/10 experience.

Jose spent a lot of time taking our system apart, cleaning the individual components, and reassembling/testing to make sure everything we ok. Jose diagnosed that our backup pump was sticking occasionally (to be expected after 8 years of use), had the replacement part with him, and installed it right away.

Our original appointment was scheduled for an hour, but Jose spent nearly 3 hours with us to make sure everything was ok. He was fantastic & we certainly recommend Clarke Basement Systems...and Jose without a doubt!
