The technician confirmed the signal was going from the house to the monitoring station. A week later we were having issues again and technical support offered no support - only quickly saying that we have to have a technician out again. It didn't matter that he was just out, we would have to pay the full price again. In trying to talk to a supervisor or manager, I continually got transferred to other service representatives and was once hung up on when requesting to talk to a manager. I never was able to talk to a manager. Horrible service. They don't care about keeping customers.
