We ordered a new set of leather couches after the set Tom had sold us nearly 20 years ago had seen better days! We got the same great service and attention to detail (great advice from someone with tons of experience, colour, style, firmness of cushions, quality of leather etc) as we did the first time, and that is why we came back! We could not be more delighted with the finished product or the exceptional service from Tom and Adrian! They custom designed the recliner for us to our exact requirements. (all Canadian made as well!!!) Thank you so much for a really satisfying furniture shopping experience! To everyone who has purchased low cost and low quality leather furniture at some of the big retailers, I urge you to shop at Choice Leather Furniture next time and avoid the frustration with peeling bonded leather furniture or just furniture that doesn't stand up to normal wear and tear. Deal with the best the first time and avoid all the frustration!

Adrian in the showroom was very knowledgeable and approachable. There was no pressure or discomfort as there is in other furniture stores. Our living room has been changed to look very cozy after we purchased the chocolate leather sofa and an ottoman, which Tom recommended. Our family is pleased them a lot with quality of the leather, style of the sofa and price etc…

More than 12 years ago we purchased a sofa & love seat from Choice Leather. They have been well used and we continue to receive favourable comments on the furniture even after all these years. The leather shows absolutely no wear. We just had Tom at Choice Leather add some new padding to the cushion tops and the furniture looks like new. Beautiful, high quality furniture.

3:00PM - We selected a nice chocolate leather sofa and loveseat, made initial arrangements for payment and delivery, and left the store quite pleased.
6:00PM - We phoned to confirm our oder and requested fast delivery.
11:00AM - the following day, We were sitting on the new leather sofa in our own home!

Living in Toronto, we have numerous options when it comes to purchasing leather sofas. Family members and a number of my friends have bought sofas from Choice so when I moved to a new condo last month, I went to see Tom. I'm an informed consumer so of course I did a lot of comparison shopping along the way.

Turns out I could have saved time and gas, because I found exactly what I wanted at Choice and Tom helped me to select the right combination for my space. Even showed me the new trends and colours. You know they take pride in their products because when I considered having my sofas delivered to my former home first so that al my furniture can be moved at one time by the movers (condo elevators, ugh!) Tom convinced me to take delivery directly to my condo because he wanted to make sure the sofa set was perfect. Sure enough Adrian delivered it on time and with great service. I'm really happy with it.

My mom has had her set for over 30 years and it still looks new. If you are looking for quality and service, I recommend Choice.

I recently went to Choice Leather on the referral of a friend, and it was everything she said and more! There were so many styles to look at and very arranging delivery was a snap. No one bothered me, I walked through the show room and was greeted but told to just let them know I had any questions. I picked what I wanted and because it was in stock I was able to get delivery that day! Easiest shopping trip ever!

i recently acquired a sectional from choice leather furniture . . , and i love it! i would have to confess that i'd looked (on and off) for over a year and hadn't found the right style, right quality for the right price! i found it! choice is a hidden gem tucked away on a small street for those who are in the know . . . ! i ordered the sectional and in 3 weeks, i had it in my living space!! the delivery was on time and the quality looks better than i remember upon ordering . . . before you make up your mind, go to choice! it's worth it!

At first the selection seems overwhelming, but they left me to wander and find what I love! The service was great and the value amazing...it was dealing with family :) They even arranged delivery the next day!!
