I needed to get a new sofa as the centerpiece for a condo downtown. I had been to all the usual suspects, King Street East stores and sofa specialty stores in the other designer districts, but didn't see anything that grabbed my attention let alone anything having a realistic price point. I gave Choice a try by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the leather and craftsmanship I saw in their showroom. Adrian was very pleasant and helpful, allowing me to customize a design I saw in the showroom and modify it to my ideal sofa. He promised delivery in 5 weeks and met the delivery window, where the delivery itself was probably the most pleasant furniture delivery experience I have ever had; on time, stress free and super smooth. I cannot stress enough that the quality of the leather is outstanding, and the workmanship is incredible. After taking delivery, as one would meticulously look over every inch of any custom order or delivery, not only was I pleasantly surprised that the piece was flawless, but that’s when I noticed the amazing little details that I never noticed or thought of during the order process. It’s an absolutely gorgeous and unique sofa that exceeded my expectations and is to be the envy of all my friends. I wouldn’t think twice about going back to Choice for my next leather furniture purchase and I absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Went into the store to replace couches from up north (cottage country). Within forty minutes I had picked leather, couches, and purchased what I needed within 6-8 weeks the thre couches were deliviered to my cottage in Muskoka no issue, no problems.

Choice was our choice 19 years ago when we bought our first sofa and loveseat for our family room. They served us through two children, a houseful of visiting relatives and friends, teenage parties, and watching hockey games on TV (including the Leafs). They were well used and withstood the test of our family – only showing the kind of wear you would expect after a long period of time. We thought we might check out Choice again to see if we could find something that might work after we replaced flooring and purchased a new area rug. Our timing couldn’t have been better, and we were able to purchase a floor model during the Choice moving sale at a significantly reduced price. Thank you Tom for finding us the perfect model – both colour and design. We couldn’t be happier. The units were delivered on an extremely hot day, and you accommodated our requests to move the existing sofas to the basement and remove an older set from the basement completely. Excellent service and the fact that we bought a second time from Choice, speaks to the quality of the product.

My wife and I have bought 9 pieces from choice over 15 years. Both in stock items and custom made. Each and every time the quality is beyond expectations. Just as important, Tom and Aidrian provide world class customer service. We were introduced to Choice by my in-laws who also have bought Choice furniture.

My wife and I went to this store as our granite supplier was in the same area. It's not on a main retail strip but definitely worth the visit. On our first visit we found a leather sectional that we both immediately liked and found comfortable. The owner Tom encouraged us to visit the competition and didn't pressure us at all. We visited a few stores and didn't find anything comparable in terms or value and quality. We returned a couple of weeks later and this time we dealt with Adrian who was also helpful and had he same no pressure style that we appreciated. We ended up purchasing the sofa and got it delivered a couple of days later. Very comfortable and great quality. When shopping for leather couches avoid ones that are made in China and definitely stay away from bonded leather. The price is right but they don't last.

We did our homework and visited many higher-end furniture stores. Choice Leather Furniture was, by far, the most knowledgeable,very competitively priced and of great quality. Another big plus is that they are not pushy at all. Their products speak for themselves. Adrian was a pleasure to deal with and knows his furniture inside-out. Our pieces were delivered on time and when we had an issue with the firmness of the cushions, Adrian had them switched to our preference within 5 days. Quality pieces. Definitely worth a visit if in the market for leather furniture. 10+.

Very very good quality leather sofa. Love the firmness of cushion and style. We are more than 100% happy and satisfied with our purchase. Our sectional was just delivered today and they look GREAT !
We had put the order in about 5 weeks ago and were promised delivery in 5 weeks, and they were right. Adrian also did a great job assembling and arranging the furniture as per to our needs. I would definitely recommend Choice Leather for their outstanding service and product knowledge.
