i was looking for a leather sofa & ended up at Choice Leather. Very impressed with the way Tom took me through the steps to pick my sofa. He is very knowledgeable in all things leather.He told me that he will try to order & deliver before Christmas 2013. I received my sofa on Fri Dec 20th......very pleased.Thank you!.....Adrian & Flavian delivered and set up in my basement family room a fine piece of furniture. My house was very difficult to get the sofa inside...narrow door ways etc. But with a lot of perserverance & effort were able to accomplish the task....Many thanks to Adrian & Flavian for their efforts. We have been looking for a leather sectional sofa for months, wanting quality for value without taking a mortgage on our house. Tom, at Choice Leather Furniture, was recommended to us. Upon meeting Tom, a very personable and product knowledgeable individual, we were confident that our search may be coming to an end. After describing what we wanted, Tom was able to identify the perfect set and helped us select the quality and color of leather that suited our life style. Although we loved our selection, we wanted a couple of alterations to further meet our personal needs. Tom listened and consulted with his manufacturers and was able to provide us with our special requests. The delivery time was as promised. Within a couple of days, we noticed a couple of minor issues, which Tom had resolved within 2 days of being notified. A few months later, one of the buttons in our seat popped and Tom personally responded with a visit within 24 hours of receiving my email. He replaced the button and then noticed that a few of the cushions needed extra support. He took away all of the cushions and did what had to be done to ensure that our sectional sofa would retain the lines and the look as designed. As a real estate agent of 33 years, I have unfortunately noted that customer service over the years is almost becoming a thing of the past. Our buying experience and the after service with Tom and Choice Leather Furniture has been one of the most satisfying buying experiences we have had in years. Thank you Tom. Bought our sofas nearly 8 years ago from Tom at Choice. We have a customized u shape sectional set up - 3 sofas in all- perfect for entertaining. The product is outstanding but the service is even better! Called cause we needed a tear repaired. Remembered me -pick up - repaired - drop off. Very reasonable price! Service!!

First time customer and was very pleased. The quality of sofa was evident the second it was in my living room. It did cost a little more than sofa from big box store but you get what u pay for. It is worth the couple hundred more to get the high quality. Sofa came on time, delivery man was nice and courteous. Shop choice leather, u won't regret it.

We found our perfect leather sectional at Choice Leather. We really enjoyed the relaxed, no pressure shopping experience. I returned at least three times with tape measure and found Adrian and Tom very knowledgeable and helpful. It was obvious they value customer service and stand behind their products. The delivery by Adrian was excellent. As an added bonus, our sectional was ready before the expected date.

I purchased my leather sofa from choice leather over 3 years ago and was helped by Adrian and was extremely pleased with my sofa. Recently I had a spill on a part of my cushion and unfortunately I tried to clean it myself and made it worse then it was. I call and spoke to Adrian and Tom and explained my issue and right away were insisting they wanted to help me fix my problem. Not only did Adrian remember me but they worked their magic and was able to fix my cushion. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, not only for the quality but for the customer service.

After reading all the great reviews on HomeStars, I visited the Choice Leather showroom. Tom was very low pressure and patient and helped me choose the appropriate leather for my needs. He really stands behind the quality of his product with a lifetime warranty, and he offers terrific value. We are really pleased with the quality and the craftsmanship of our new leather sectional. After 16 years my Choice leather sofa developed a minor seam thread tear. After the initial tears I gave Choice a call and they asked me to return the cushion to them so they could repair it properly, resewing threw the existing holes. I dropped it off on a Thursday and Adrian had remembered that particular couch. He could not believe after 15+ years that I had ever sat on it. The following Monday I get a call its done.The owner Tom was amazed at the condition of the cushion as you could put it back in the showroom and sell as new. I then informed him that I plant my butt on that cushion when the 6 news comes on till I go to bed after the 11 news. It gets vacummed ever couple of weeks and has never been cleaned or conditioned. It has gone through a teenager and we now keep a blanket on it so our dogs nails won't scratch the leather. I will be long gone before this couch ever wears out. Anyway, the repair was unnoticable, the turnaround time was fantastic and I highly recommend that if you are in the market for leather furniture look no further than choice
