I purchased a chair and sofa at Choice Leather this fall. I found the service in the store to be very attentive. When it came to delivery schedule, again, it was convenient and done with care. Last week I noticed a problem with one of the feet of the sofa. I emailed the store and within hours of reading my email, Adrian was at my house replacing the broken foot. The furniture itself is well built and so far no problems other than the broken foot that was quickly replaced.

We were looking for a Canadian made leather lounge suite made with solid timber frame. Onto the internet and found Choice Leather. Good reviews so made a visit. Smallish showroom with a guy on his own (Adrian). Friendly non pushy service, genuinely good quality gear. Selected, ordered and then waited for making and delivery. We have not been disappointed. Beautiful!

We bought our first leather sofas at Choice Leather Furniture 18 years ago and the leather still looks great. So when we were shopping for a new set of sofas, we looked around but ended up back at Choice. Adrian was very helpful in helping us choose a style and colour, without any excessive sales pressure. Just received our new sofas right on schedule. Adrian delivered them personally, a very neat and tidy deliver and took all the wrapping with him, nothing left behind. We have been long-time customers of Choice Leather Furniture, having bought a sectional sofa that we are still using over 15 years ago. We have also bought a number of other furniture items over the years, all of which have been beautiful and very durable. The reason for writing this review is because of some great service we received recently when we were moving into a house with a very narrow basement stairway. We were not able to get the centre piece of the (15 year old) sectional sofa downstairs. We called Tom on the off-chance he would be willing to help and he immediately sent Adrian over to help. Adrian took the item back to their shop and disassembled a part of it so that it could fit downstairs. He returned with it the next day and worked me we to get it downstairs (he had to disassemble the item a bit more on the spot); once we had it downstairs, he worked for about 45 minutes to reassemble the item. The sofa looks beautiful downstairs, and we are so grateful to Tom and Adrian for their help. This is after sales service that truly goes above and beyond! We are great fans of Choice Leather and they truly stand behind their products, which are built to last.

If you're looking for a leather chair/sofa, definitely check out this place out. I was looking for a sectional small enough to fit my condo, was made with high quality leather and fit my budget. Given that this is my first time purchasing a couch, I was really impressed by Adrian's patience in explaining to me the difference between grades of leather and showing me my different options in my price range.
I had my couch delivered by Adrian, and as always, he was very professional and punctual. He ensured the couch arranged just the way I wanted and even provided me with the solution to clean my leather. Top notch service and quality!! From the initial sales experience 8 years ago to the repair of a broken zipper 8 years later at NO CHARGE, we have always been extremely happy with the customer Service we have received. We also spilled something on cushion which discoloured the leather. Choice leather is taking care of it for us for a nominal fee.

As a rule, I don't post reviews, but there are many good reasons for making this exception. Let's get the obvious out of the way...CHOICE LEATHER FURNITURE has the best quality, variety, service and follow-up in the Toronto area...period. I defy you to find better made or as beautiful couches anywhere in the GTA, no matter what the cost. ..although my 'apples-to-apples' search confirmed what I had sensed all along...that the price I paid was incredible, compared with identical merchandise at several of their leading competitors. And who else would deliver furniture in a snow storm just before New Year's Eve, given only 12 hours notice... and then voluntarily spend 2 hours sweating and moving more heavy stuff around your house to help you redecorate? (Thanks, Adrian & son!) Oh...did I mention the free on-site interior design consult from the owner himself? (Thanks, Tom!) These guys are not only nice, they're the ultimate pros....do yourself a big favour and put them at the top of your list!!

Our new leather couch was just delivered by Adrian and it was exactly as we ordered and promised. The couch was also ready exactly when we were told it would be. Adrian was very helpful in the store when we purchased it and the delivery was easy and exactly on time. We did a lot of comparison shopping before we settled on Choice Leather because of their knowledge and their product offering. I had an idea of the style I wanted and Choice Leather had it. We would definitely recommend them and of course we would buy from them again!

We have had our Choice Leather Furniture sectional for about 9 years and it looks as great and is as comfortable and as good looking now as when we bought it. It is very well made, in Canada of fabulous leather and workmanship, and to this day we are glad we chose it. In our previous house our sectional was in the living room. In our new house the colour and style better suit our den, so now we use our couch even more often, to the point that it is even slept on with occasional regularity. Every few years a button or two will dislodge and we will bring the seating cushions back in. Choice uses their pop back in process and great service to reset the buttons for us. From their complementary leather treatment product to helping us in and out of the car, Adrian and team are as friendly and courteous as can be. At some point in the future, we will re - prioritize our living room for spending, and when we do, we look forward to spending some time over at Choice.

Was looking for leather furniture, did an extensive online search and visited quite a few furniture stores as well. There are lots of options on the market and found it difficult to make decision. Found it hard to figure out how leather furniture is priced, what would be the value I am getting for my money, and how to make an educated decision in order to buy a right product. Realized that most of vendors answers to my questions were confusing and that dragged me out of their stores. Tom and Adrian were different; they took time to provide knowledgeable answers which convinced me to by furniture from Choice Leather. Very happy with overall service and timely delivery as well. I highly recommend Choice Leather Furniture!
