The salesperson was responsive, knowledgeable and explained the scope of work. There was no pressure to sign on the spot. The price I felt was reasonable.
They were able to schedule the work within a couple of days, as it turned out, just before the first snowfall of the season. The scheduler called two days prior to the scheduled date, informed me of the delivery of the shingles and the bin.
The roofers showed up early with sufficient crew to get the job done in less than 7 hours. They used all the proper materials they said they would and from my limited view from the ground looks like it was installed correctly.
My only criticism... and this is very minor... is they could have spent a little more time cleaning up afterwards. Otherwise I am very pleased with the quality of the work and my interactions with all the people I came in contact with. All phone calls and emails were responded to in a timely manner. The warranty is excellent and rivals a more expensive metal roof; it should outlast me.
This homeowners experience is what all contractors, regardless of trade, should aspire to.
