Roofing review in

The roof got done today, a few days before Christmas!
It was a b..ger of a job, as the roof is a Mansard Roof with steel siding. They had to construct a platform with angles to allow the water to drain through the downspouts at either ends of the roof, used a membrane instead of tar and gravel, and replace the breather vents with extruded vents.
Husband checked the work and he is very happy with the change and the quality of work. I guess the roof should be trouble free for quite a while, and maybe this will help with the insurance premiums.
Job well done after such a delay to start with!
