Casalife significantly delayed order and poor customer service

I would recommend against purchasing furniture from Casalife. We have an order that is 4 weeks delayed and the company has provided very poor support, and very little information on what to expect. While we acknowledge delays can occur, a business must support customers in managing expectations. We have been requesting information and receiving no response, or when responses provided the information is disorganized, misleading, incomplete.
