Carrocel is simply the best — quality, service, craftsmanship, and care — and I agree with others who say that it’s a difficult place to leave! It’s also the first place I would go for any style of furniture.
Joe has an excellent team, Pedro is a craftsman, and Lindsay is an artist with fabric and design. Excellent in every way!

We bought a dining room table. It is beautiful and big. The top is a glass and the rest is wood.
They had a large selection but we chose this because it had the glass on top so we didn't have to worry about the kids scratching it while they eat. Check them out, products they have are good and reasonable peoce

Found this company on Home Stars and then was able to visit their store. Spoke to Pedro who took me back to meet John who would do the work on our table. John explained everything that needed to be done. After receiving a quote, I arranged for a pickup expecting not to see our table for a few weeks. I was very surprised to receive a call 4 days later asking when Carrocell could return our table--the repair only took 3 days! Victor, once he brought the table into the house, showed what was done and when he put in all 3 sleeves, the table no longer sagged in the middle. Highly recommend this company--professional, knowledgeable, caring and courteous. I will definitely use them again!

Just received delivery of my reupholstered club chairs. Carrocel offered a huge range of fabrics from which to choose and they did an amazing job. Quality of workmanship and service were both excellent.

My husband and I bought a custom dining room table from Carrocel over 20 years ago. It is still a beautiful piece of furniture after many years of heavy usage -- we use this table every day, not just for company. Carrocel replaced the pedestals a couple of years ago. When we recently experienced an unexpected problem with one of the new pedestals, the guys from Carrocel fixed it with same day service at no extra charge. They did a beautiful job and everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and polite. I highly recommend this company. They do beautiful work and stand behind their products. And they treat their customers very well.

Our mahogany dining room set (pedestal table, 2-piece china cabinet, sideboard) had been well-used by my family during the past 30 years (and by another family for decades before that). The glossy surfaces were full of scratches, dings, and at least one long, deep gouge. A table leg had been broken and reattached long ago. Since we were moving to a new home, we were debating whether we should restore this set or just buy a new one. Well...I'm so thrilled we decided on the former. Carrocel did an incredible job and they did it in the time frame we agreed upon. The entire set with it's now-satin finish looks brand-new. It is simply remarkable -- I almost didn't recognize it. The icing on the cake was the professional, friendly service we received from my initial phone call and visit to the showroom, to the day the restored set was delivered to my new home. Everyone we dealt with -- from Joe to Cameron to Maya to Lindsay to Butch and Lucas and the other man who helped deliver the set (I'm sorry I can't recall his name right now), was wonderful. Exceptional customer service and fine workmanship seems so rare today, but that's what Carrocel provides. (By the way, I also had them refinish an old maple kitchen table that my father-in-law made decades ago, and they made it look beautiful, as well.) What more can I say? They are simply wonderful.

Lost my review 2x now. Media centre conversion Loved!!!! works beautifully in my husband's great room, Bubble Glass Breakfront that I was looking for forever was just sitting there in their showroom, so we tried it on for size and it stayed!!! The same for the D-cabinet for our hallway. Loved the service, loved the conversion of antique to media centre - great workmanship, great owners and staff, and we love the try it out first and see if we love it system - no strings attached. It takes the worry out of a possible wrong choice. Thanks Carrocel!

I am very satisfied with what I have purchased from these guys. The best and most complete collections of antiques. Their products are not damaged and are very well cared for.

My new dining room suite was just delivered before Christmas and it was absolutely beautiful. Excellent experience, very knowledgeable and accomodating. Delivery and setup was amazing. I had a little issue and I had service done on Christmas Eve, who could ask for anything more!! Would highly recommend!!!!

We had Carrocel Restorations build a custom dining room table and chairs for us this past month and are beyond happy with the results. We had seen a style we liked in a magazine and were thrilled that Carrocel was able to recreate a similar look with both the woodwork of the table and upholstery of the chairs. We are working with an interior designer and she was likewise very happy with the end result. Have bought pieces from Carrocel in the past but this was the first time we commissioned them to do custom work for us. The customer service is terrific- they are quick to answer emails and their delivery service is reliable. We have been very happy dealing with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I am sure we will use them again!
