This company stained my wool carpet

Mary sent out Adrian to clean my carpet that had light stains. Adrian the carpet cleaner soaked it so badly that it dried with a huge water stain. My carpet is ruined . Reported it to Mary. She will not send Adrian back to re clean it. This is an unreputable company ! Avoid at all costs.
BBB rated this company with an " F " the poorest rating , for good reason.
