Sales: We were 100% satisfied with our experience with salesperson Kevin Steer, who took the time to go through all of our options. He was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with, despite the fact it was pouring rain, cold, and late in the evening when he came to give us a quote. We were impressed that he made the time to meet at our convenience but at no point did we feel pressured by him to commit on the spot.
Install: Jason and Serge installed our windows quickly and efficiently, with confidence and professionalism. They were also very friendly and easy to talk to, we felt totally comfortable with them in our home all day. Kevin also stopped by during the installation to answer any questions and check on how the installation was going, which was also impressive. Kevin and Jason also promptly answered follow-up questions we had months after the installation.
Overall: The quote from Canadian Choice was by far the best price that we found. The windows look fantastic and performed wonderfully during the horrendous cold we had this winter. I have already recommended Canadian Choice, and Kevin and Jason's team in particular, to several people since we got the windows last fall. We'll definitely be using them when we replace our remaining old windows and doors.
