We changed all the windows in our new house with Canadian Choice Windows after requesting quotes from them and another company. Max, the salesman that sold us the windows, was very good at showing us all the options and explaining to us exactly what we were busying.
Once we scheduled a time to install the windows, they gave us a call the day before to reconfirm our appointment and arrived on time which is always a good thing. The two guys that came, worked without rest (I don't think they even had lunch!) to get all windows done that day and cleaned up after themselves. They were able to finish that night even though we had 8 big windows to install which was great since it was a Friday and we didn't want to have to wait until saturday to have everything done. After they were done, they used a lamp (it was already dark) to check the outside of the house and removed the debris. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because there were still some debris that we found the next day in our garden. Probably difficult to find at night, but still something that it should have been cleaned up.
Overall, we are very satisfied with their service and with our new windows. We are super happy with the way our house looks now and we feel that we are now ready for winter.
