Canadian Choice was an absolutely fantastic company to deal with on upgrading the windows and doors on our 85-year-old home. After receiving 2 other quotes for the upgrades from competitors, Canadian Choice were the clear winner. Ryan, our sales rep, was outstanding in explaining the different styles of windows, the different types of insulating factors, government rebates, and Canadian Choice discounts. Once we signed the contract, Canadian Choice Customer Care were exceptional in conveying order information, arranging a home energy audit (for government rebates), order updates, and arranging the installation dates. The installation was seamless. The installation crew were very detail oriented, and very nit-picky in making sure every window/door/trim/caulking were installed perfectly (as if they were installing on their own house). Ive never had a company continually ask if we were happy with what we were being told/seeing and was there anything else they could do for us (and sounded like they actually meant it). This is a company that truly understands customer satisfaction and go over and above your expectations.
