We were introduced by a family friend to Tony Wong and he did a great job. Our old windows were replaced with new ceramic ones and they are much sleeker and they do not crack. It was a quick job too. It only took two days for them to replace all of our windows in our house. The workers were very respectful of our home and I would recommend Simon and his team to anyone. Tony followed up with us to ensure that we were satisfied and we were.

The saleman walked me throught he entire project. He was so thorough and honest that i didnt even seek a second quote. The installers were great in regards to the installation and clean-up. Very polite and courteous,

During our very large renovation, Canadian Windows and Doors were who we chose to do our windows. The rep who came to do the quote, Alex Davidovitch, was the reason we chose the company. He was kind and knowledgeable, and was not pushy at all. Truthfully, CW&D was not the cheapest quote we got; Alex was the reason we decided they were worth the money and we were right. He answered all of our questions before, during and after the replacement of all 7 windows. We were so impressed (as were our onsite contractors!) that we decided a couple of months later to contact Alex again for our door replacements without getting other quotes. The installers he provided (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) were very courteous, professional, and did a beautiful job. Alex was wonderful to deal with. He went through the options and explained everything in detail. The day the doors were supposed to be replaced,the basement window was smashed and the house broken into! I called Alex right away and he was able to order a new more secure window for me right away,that is excellent service.The only hitch was at the time of installation....slight mix up that the outside doors didn't have a deadbolt but the inside doors did,the company fixed the mix up promptly. The inside door frames were also not finished (can't remember why) so it was a bit inconvenient to have my contractor finish the job, however, they left all the required materials. The price was right and I will likely use them again in the future for the window replacement.

Canadian Choice Windows are the best company hands down on quality, product, service and warranty. Top marks. We decided to replace our 25 year old windows in our house this year. We contacted 9 contractors (local and GTA) to quote on the job. Our salesman, George was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. He is a great ambassador for the company. He brought all literature and window samples with him and explained all features, services and warranties in detail. Our windows were delivered and installed within four weeks. The two installers did an excellent job. They were efficient, professional, and polite. They tarped all surfaces before beginning work and vacuumed the affected rooms before leaving. All outside debris and the old windows were removed. George attended after installation to check on the work. Great company!! They actually exceeded all our expectations on every level. It was great to deal with a company that actually delivers what they promise. We are extremely pleased with our experience. We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering replacement windows.
