The original quote from Canadian Choice Windows was reasonable standing out from the rest and the salesperson Cindy was very helpful; she's also very knowledgeable yet patient. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction which increased my comfort level dealing with the company. She was very responsive keeping me in the loop about where things were at ad even came out to check out progress on the day of installation. The installer Surgey was very skillful and took time to do the job right. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

we were in the market for windows for our first home and read on homestars about canadian choice windows and doors and booked an estimate with magic max the amazing sales rep and he showed us their product and process and we were very impressed so we booked with them and we are very happy with our new windows and how much more energy efficient warm and quite the house is. i would recommend this company to anyone friend family or stranger.

Right from the start Alexander was patient and informative. They did the whole job in an afternoon. I came home and the house looked bigger, newer, professionally done. Alexander came by to check. My husband and I are so pleased. I have a couple windows not done and these guys will be the contractor. These windows are beautiful and the warranty is top line. I had a coupon which they honoured and still gave us a discount!

The whole team led by Simon did an excellent job with the installation, everything was great and we are very happy with our new windows. We recommend the company to anyone looking for replacing their windows and providing excellent services.

Our salesperson, Kevin, and his installation team headed by Jeremy and Jason were very professional and excellent to work with. The job was done quickly and clean-up was great. There were some minor details on the doors themselves that we thot could be improved. i.e. paint pealed from plastic screen tabs

We had 9 windows installed this week , replacing circa 1972 windows.
The quote from Canadian Choice was competitive and the fact that they were local helped us make our choice .
Michael , the installer , was polite , professional and efficient. Clean up was immaculate and the entire process was a pleasure.
It is unfortunate that after installation service is so different from the original impression .
Almost 2 weeks after installation the caulking used is still wet and peels away at the slightest touch.
5 voice mails and a detailed message left with the receptionist at Canadian Windows have not received any response .
Service after being paid is an intregal part of any Customer Service

I called to Canadian Choice windows and a great sales Mike came out to the house and offered us some very useful suggestions. The installation crew were professional and fast. The windows look great, and I am not afraid of any cold weather. We really appreciate their service. I would like to recommend this company to my friends.
