From beginning to end of the process I couldn't be happier with the end result. After a meeting with Joe, I was convinced that this company was one I wanted to do business with. Joe came in with the facts and explained in detail all my options. He's super easy going and makes you feel so comfortable at no time did I feel pressured to buy. He was available after the initial meeting to answer any questions I had as we went along in the process. Eventually I added doors to my order and Joe was there the next day to add to our order. It was so simple and easy and the workers were so quick and efficient I have already recommended to friends they give Joe a call. I am so pleased with the finished result.

You know that feeling after making a decision and it doesn't meet your expectations, well this wasn't one of them. Joe came to our home very passionate about his job and the company he works for. And for good reason great window and doors options, and pride of the quality of the company's people. Installation and final look we couldn't be happier, its brought new life to our home. From start to finish the the process was very easy. The installers where very good. Fit and finish was as clean as anyone could make it. Caulk around the windows look like a machine did it. 14 windows removed and installed in one day. Great job guys.

Cant say enough about the Canadian Choice team! From initial quote stage through installation, our experience was top notch. They went above and beyond to fix some lose boards and fill nail holes while they were up on the roof and changed out the attic circular window to match our new windows as a gesture! Thank you! Our house looks amazing.

Joe was great, came out to house, got a good vibe from him right away. He was thorough and honest with the explaining sat down did all paper work in front of us. We now have our new windows and couldn't be happier.

The window replacements for my livingroom, dinningroom and kitchen that was done in November 2020 was a complete world changer for me and my family. Our representative, Joe, was absolutely a delight to work with. He took my call right away, and was out to measure my replacement windows extremely quickly. In fact, I didnt hesitate to call and deal directly with Joe again in April 2022, to replace my two back bedroom windows, and one bathroom window because of his amazing service in 2020. I will refer Joe to all of my family 100% because he is my window guy for life.

Joe the sales person was true to his word and the installation was on time.

I have built and sub contracted many homes and by far this is the worst experience I have had with a contractor.
There is no customer service with this company.
We recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company, at the beginning very kind and helpful.
Once the windows arrived and were installed this is were the nightmare begins. We were not home for the majority of the install, but when we came home it was obvious the mistakes made. We called the representative who sold us the windows right away, only to be told and I am paraphrasing "this is what you ordered, not our problem"
1. Wrong windows installed, the large picture windows in the living room should of had sliding bottom windows with screen, this was very important to me as I wanted to open to let fresh air in.
2. Windows in the bathroom came with no privacy glass, not only do I remember asking would the windows have privacy glass, I was reassured they would, plus its common sense to have privacy glass in the bathrooms.
3. Half of the windows installed are missing the metal flashing.
I have tried several time to resolve these issues with this company, but have had no luck.
Now I must hire another company to fix the incompetence of this company.
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IN THE PARKSVILLE AREA NEEDING NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS, STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

He informed me of different options with regard to windows, listened to my needs and budget and we came up with the best windows for our home, that look great and are energy efficient. He also informed me of the energy efficiency rebates available and assisted with implementing this step as well.
