I have an investment property downtown and received a call from one of my tenants that their kitchen drain was leaking badly. They could not use the sink without water leaking everywhere. I placed an urgent call to Flavio who shuffled around his schedule in order to accommodate my needs. The tenants were ecstatic that the drain was fixed so quickly.
