We had a few plumbing issues that needed to be addressed: a sulpher-like smell whenever we turned on the 3rd floor shower, a leaking 2nd floor toilet and a broken basement toilet. I called several other plumbers trying to get someone to identify the source of the problem and had trouble getting anyone to call me back, let alone make the time to come over to our house. I called Flavio based on the many good reviews i read on Homestars. While it did take him a week or two to call me back and get him over to my house (not surprisingly, he is a very busy plumber) once he did he was incredibly commited to solving our problems. He spent 3 days at our house and installed a new toilet, a bath fixture and was able to identify the source of the sulphur smell without having to break through any walls. He is smart, very trustworthy and incredibly good value. I would have no hesitation recommending him for a job large or small. He is a great guy!
