Flavio replaced my sewage pump today and fixed the leaky kitchen faucet. He was very friendlyand took a lot of time to explain to me how the machinery worked and offered lots of advice - with no pressure - on some improvements I could make to my laundry room with regards to the plumbing and drainage. He was meticulous in cleaning up afterwards and in ensuring that everything was working before he left. His price was 1/3 lower than another quote I had received and I was extremely satisfied with the work. He even called me after he left on the phone to tell me that he had noticed that my smoke detector looked very old and probably needed replacing (Flavio is also a volunteer fireman!). I will certainly call him again when I have my next plumbing emergency!
