I ordered a carpet and put 50% of the total down on the purchase price. Over a month went by and didn’t receive any word on the carpet being ready to be picked up. I visited the store in person and was notified that the carpet was cut too short and was reordered. After 2 weeks I got a call stating the new carpet was also cut too short. I have yet to hear if this carpet has been delivered to the store. It’s now June 22 2019. The original order was April 27 2019. Unbelievable and unacceptable customer service. Never will recommend this store to anyone.
