The Worst Customer Service EVER!
We had a furnace installed and a new smart thermostat in December. The thermostat is an ecobee and of course controls the furnace and AC. The furnace worked fine. When it became warm in June we tried to turn on the AC and it would not come on. The ecobee online help said it looked like perhaps the thermostat was not wired properly. When we phoned to ask for service from Cambridge Heating and Cooling they implied that it was our fault because they had installed the thermostat in December and why were we only complaining now in June? We stated that it was the first time we were using the AC. For the past couple weeks we have been calling and emailing and they have not sent a technician to come and look at the problem. This all happened during a heat wave. They have still not made any effort to address our concerns. Do not use this company. I am surprised at all the high ratings for this company. If you check out Yelp you will get a better view of reality.
