**Reposting my original post as I was offered to be compensated for lost money from the sale of the house due to the poor state of the driveway but only if I removed my post. I did but then the owner refused to pay up. Why am I not surprised? Zero follow through, same thing since day one.**

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Had our driveway paved in Oct 2018 and by spring 2019 we have weeds growing through many parts of the driveway. Not just the edges but actually pushing through the centre of the driveway. Called and talked to Brian (owner or manager not sure) and shocked this would happen and yes that is covered under our 2 year warranty. All summer literally refused to come address it. Rudely told to stop messaging about it and he will come when he has the free time. Well another year later and still nothing. Talked to him again and still nothing and won't answer the phone. As soon as they get your money they not care about you or standing behind their work. If you expect customer service dont look here.
***UPDATE: C&R is now working with me and working hard to try ro address the issue. Been out 3 times now to address it. Hopefully can find a way to make it stop.***
***2nd UPDATE: They came and dug up the portion of the driveway with the weeds and repaved it. As well had someone come and seal the whole driveway. Looking better.***
Update again. Well here we are again. Year later grass is growing through again as well as a large mushroom. Have called and emailed and texted pictures of issue again. And zero follow through.
