Customer service can be improved. Customers need to be treated with respect, consideration. Hire capable staff. Find out what the customer's needs are. Plan accordingly. Get all the details before giving an estimate. Work with the customer to provide the level of service they expect.

Moving & Storage review in Toronto

Very dissatisfied with this moving company. They ended up charging me much, much more than the price I was quoted; the owner was very rude; they were very slow; the owner showed lack of professionalism, respect, consideration and customer service. Never, ever again would I ever recommend nor hire them! Not to mention they were unable to move everything and left a lot of stuff in my old home upper floor so now I have to hire another moving company to move the rest of the items!!!!
