Budget & Save Painters And Color Design

We used Budget & Save Painters on our first home and we were extremely pleased with the overall service of work. We just purchased a new home in the Mount Pleasant area that required interior painting along with an exterior refresh.
I call Budget & Save Painters early Saturday morning and the company responded to us within minutes and gave us a very reasonable estimate the same day. Tabatha was our previous color co-coordinator who we just adore. She scheduled an in-home visit that afternoon. She was able to put together a color palette for us, and provided Benjamin Moore samples to apply on areas of our walls first before making our final decision.
Budget & Save Painters began restorative work and painting the following week. The operator, Kerry, was, as usual, very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained the restoration and painting process to us and was very considerate to minimize the disruption in our household while the work was being done. He outlined a schedule for the team to come in and start with the painting on the top floor.

We really appreciated Kerry and Tabatha’s outstanding, professionalism and fast work. Budget & Save Painters are about super customer service! They are about service first over making a quick buck. Quick service, Super friendly, and they definitely know their stuff!

Budget & Save Painters came into paint the full interior and exterior of our home. Not only was the painting jobs perfect - their customer service was perfect as well. Tabatha was always available to take our calls, and she was hands-on with the color coordinating and front end portions of the project. Both Tabatha and Kerry walked me though every step of the process which I fully appreciated! Kerry was able to get the necessary paperwork done quickly and started the painting the following day. They even worked throughout the weekend. Tabatha, Kerry and the team are very kind, punctual, professional and do amazing work! I would highly recommend them!

Tabatha, and the team, including the team operator, really took the time to listen to what our full vision was and made sure that the space reflected all of our tastes. Tabatha has impeccable style and a discerning eye. There were a couple areas that we were debating for design color changes and remodeling, we ended up coming to Tabatha's initial recommendation; and wish we had taken her word for it from the beginning- would've saved our family a lot of time and energy. Tabatha has a wonderfully warm personality, is professional and prompt, and really cares to please her customers. Don't think twice about calling her anytime for your color and design needs!

We also want to express that the customer service agent who answers the customer service line is extremely helpful and supportive. We left a message after hours and she returned our call within the hour. Kerry also did a follow-up email after the completion of the interior work, and we still felt that we were on a priority basis with the company. Kerry's passion and motivation was visual from the start, with great leadership skills.

Budget & Save Painters were excellent painting our entire interior unit. We live at the Lillooet complex in North Vancouver (Woodcroft Estates). The crew were friendly, professional,clean, and fast with completing the job ontime. We love the colors chosen.
