We bought a 90 year old house in Hillcrest. With just one month between possession and moving in, we needed trades who could act quickly to get things ready.
Kevin took on plastering and painting and got the job done in time and on budget and it looked great.
When we realized Kevin did general contracting as well, we got him to take over subsequent renos including basement finishing and installing bathrooms. He had great ideas and solved a lot of tricky problems. His prices are fair and his enthusiasm is fantastic.
