I took my 89 yr. old legally blind father here to buy a dining room suite for his new apartment at a retirement home. The sales person was helpful and we picked out a suite. She suggested we wait for a week to buy to take advantage of an invitation only sale. We agreed and returned a week later to buy. The second sales person was ALSO aware that my father was blind, the sale was completed and we were told it would be available on the 6th. It wasn't but we were happy to wait. It was finally delivered on the 3rd of the following month, and when I spoke to my father I discovered that not only was it delivered unpacked, it wasn't assembled!!!!! No one mentioned that this furniture would need assembly! It was obviously not suitable for an elderly blind customer! When I called to complain I was told that there was small print at the bottom of the sales receipt (which of course was given to my father) that mentioned that the customer would need to assemble it. I thought this was a furniture store - if I had wanted to look at cheap ready to assemble stuff I would have taken him to Walmart. Obviously the sales staff here are more interested in sales than personal integrity.

My wife and I bought a bedroom set for my Mother-In-Law we received good service and the Bedroom Set was good Value for the money. When the Bedroom set was delivered there was a flaw in the headboard. They offered to replace it or give us a discount.
