Brian Hayes plumbing was excellent in replacing a master shower. Lisa kept us updated along the way. The job was on time and on budget. I would recommend them to family and friends!

Copper water main developed a leak under our foundation. We contracted with Brian Hayes Plumbing to do the job. Worked with Jeff who was very knowledgable, friendly and reassuring. Brian and Massimo came out to do the plumbing repair working with Central Drain for excavation. This was a big job for a Friday. The team worked well into late dark hours to complete the job. The entire team took exceptional care with my home inside and out. One would have thought it was their own home. Considering the water and mud from the excavation and jackhammering inside I expected to return from work and have a huge mess to clean up. Pleasantly surprised that I only had to do a light vacuuming and put the family room furniture back in place. Even the lawn excavation was done with much care so little to no mess was left behind. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone.

Hired these Guys To Do my basement bathroom Rough-ins , They Kept rescheduling this should have been the red flag i needed but i stuck with it. Then They Finally Showed up worked for 1 hour with 2 "master" Plumbers Dave seemed like he knew what he was doing the younger fellow Chris was receiving instructions from him, Next day Chris Came back Did the work, But all Wrong Showers Crooked Pipes Not supported or ran In the spots we agreed, Toilet rough-in moved to wrong spot, Etc.. total Nightmare So I took pictures of everything and Sent it in to the Office they sent out Dave to fix it the following Week, He corrected Some items, Some did not get Fixed, and they never finished the Job, In fact In order to finish the agreed Upon work *** due to threat of legal action I have removed further content*** I would Like to Thank Dave as he seems like a Good Plumber working for a bad Company. based on my experiences with this company I would Not recommend them to anyone.

Needed to repair an emergency situation on a Sunday. Called them and within a couple of hours Dave showed up.He assessed the situation and quickly fixed it. He was friendly, competent and professional. No doubt will call them in future.

I was really please with the work that Hayes Plumbing did for the renovation of my bathroom. The renovation was done with great professionalism and both deadline and price was respected. I love my new bathroom and thanks to Lisa and Brian for all there advise and for all what was done for my dream bathroom.

Hays came in on an emergency call right before my vacation. I called in the morning and they were they in the early afternoon. They are very quick and very knowledgeable!Great service and super friendly!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Cleaned up after themselves, where very respectful in my home. Very quick and efficient with their work. Price was on point with what I was planning on spending, no hidden costs. Very excellent work.

Brian Hayes Plumbing performed service at our residence on two occasions this past spring. Specifically, a diverter was replaced including the tightening of a bathtub drain - simple service work. A hole had to be cut in our stucco ceiling to diagnose the problem. Following this $200 service call not to mention the cost of repairing the ceiling, the tub's leak worsened to the point of flooding the washroom, the new diverter ceased working and yet again on the follow up service call. 

After a discussion with an unprofessional serviceman with huckster-like phone skills named Jeff (also responsible for the faulty work) and several calls placed and delayed callbacks, Mr. Hayes visited in an attempt to smooth things over and repair the faulty work. His remedy:  a washroom reno (even after indicating we were contemplating selling the house).  He dropped off a $4500 quote in the midst of a still leaking tub and a sour taste in our mouths from money and time wasted to that point.  

So instead, we googled 'reputable plumbers durham' and I was linked to one online ad in particular: an independent, semi-retired plumber that not only fixed the problem by replacing a simple drain pipe clamp - $80 including labour - but referred me to a semi-retired drywaller that fixed our ceiling for $100. All in, $180 vs potential costs of nearly $5500 had we went ahead with the suggested reno and ceiling repair (incl money already spent for headaches and ineffective repairs). Speaking of 'googling', the irony here is I sourced Brian Hayes Plumbing by searching "best plumbers oshawa". It seems 'good and honest' plumbers are as plentiful as good and honest car repairmen.  

After getting the run around from several other companies I had the good fortune of finding Hayes Plumbing. I spoke with Lisa on the phone who was a pleasure to deal with and she arranged for John to be at my home in 30 minutes. He was on time, knew his stuff and had my pump repaired in an hour. Without being asked he covered his boots in hospital booties to protect my floors. He was able to diagnose our issue very quickly and took the time to explain the ins and outs of my complex heating system when he was done. I was very impressed and I'll call them again.
