Horrible experience. Poor quality service and product. The furniture delivery was delayed one week because store personnel did not order it. Had to go to the store again to get them to order it. Then damaged furniture was delivered. Next the correct hardware was not included for assembly. Then they sent incorrect hardware which is not compatible with the furniture. Over one month delay and enormous amount of our time wasted. No response from multiple phone messages left with customer service at head office. Emailed head head office. Only response was that Division manager would contact me. That never happened. My worst experience with a store ever.
