I ordered a 14yd bin which the price in on there web page what you see is what you get (i liked that) no games nothing you pay for what you order. I did a bathroom reno and paid the price i was quoted, plus they let me keep it 2days extra without charging me, (Tammy in the office was more then willing to make me the customer happy) Thanks you where great to work with I will use you again :)

Blue Environmental company provided a fast and efficient service to us: the bin was delivered on time and picked up 2 hours after we requested its removal. I was in need of a bin, I called a few places and I was happy to hear I could get a bin the same day. I was told I would have the bin for 7 days. Between work and home reno's, Time just flew by and my work was not done within the 7 days. I called to see if i could get more time before they removed the bin and the lady told me I could call when im done and there would be no extra charge ..
Thank god they help me with that, alot of they other bin places I called told me there would be a charge per day after my week rental. I used the bin that week end and I called on monday night to have the bin removed and Tuesday it was gone when I arrived home from work

We ordered a dumpster from Blue Environmental and it was delivered late. We called to have it picked up at the end of the job and they didn't come for 9 whole days! After numerous emails and phone calls they finally admitted they had lost their copy of the receipt. Further more, they continuously tried to tell us we needed to pay with VISA when it was clearly discussed at the time of order that we did not have one and would pay cash. The owner Wayne would not return our calls and denied our agreement. The women in the office were rude, sarcastic, condescending, and unprofessional. I will obviously never use this company again. They were terrible.

We had horrible service from this company and its proprietor 'Wayne'.
It started off OK -- but our headaches began when they came to remove the bin and the driver dragged it along our driveway for about 15 feet. It destroyed our new crushed terracotta driveway. He charged my credit card for the service and assured me he'd repair the damage and never did. I told him I'd repair it and he agreed to pay for the damage. And never has. I filed a a complaint with the better business bureau and he has either misrepresented the situation or ignored them. What a classy guy.

Stay away from Blue Envinronmental or his other 'company' East-West Disposal. He's located near Commissioners St in the Port Lands.

We've had excellent service from Romano. I'm sorry we didn't stick with him in the first place... It would have saved us hundreds of dollars.
