I wanted to express my utmost appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Berkshire Furniture. Their professionalism, responsibility, and exceptional attitude have truly set them apart. I bought 2 Julien Beaudoin beds from Berkshire Furniture, Saber is the one who helped me out from the enquiry stage until the goods being delivered. Deron and his team delivered and assembled our furniture and they treated your home like their own. So careful for not scratch anything and very mindful of not making it dirty. The furniture was not only of the highest quality but also delivered on time, surpassing my expectations. Their attention to detail and meticulous craftsmanship truly showcased their dedication to providing top-notch products.

5 Stars rating is simply not enough for such an excellent end-to-end shopping experience. With the service provided by Saber and Deron, I would love to rate you a 6 Stars if I could. I wholeheartedly recommend Berkshire to anyone in need of furniture solutions. Great job, well-done, thanks again!

Outstanding quality furniture which quite honestly is hard to find these days. Price is extremely reasonable for the quality and I loved that you can customize finish, hardware, colour etc.
The staff (family run) are so helpful and friendly and bend over backwards to accommodate both in store and at time of delivery.
If I could give an 11 star rating I would.
Would absolutely recommend this company and will certainly return for future purchases.

Great furniture and excellent customer service. Berkshire Furniture carries Handstone furniture made by the Memonite community. This is solid wood furniture, and even their stain samples are beautifully done. I was able to customize my sideboard from its size to the stain colour and the design of the sideboard. The staff guided me as I made my decisions, got me additional information when I was unsure of what to choose, and were beyond patient. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of new furniture at a reasonable price. Hats off to Berkshire.

We purchased the Yorkshire dining room set and were given 12 weeks for the set to be ready and delivered. It arrived about 2 week earlier than expected despite the pandemic and all the uncertainties. We had the pleasure of Saber himself and his son Deron making the delivery and setting it up. We were impressed with the professionalism and patience they both show. I am so happy and thrilled with my set and the quality of the workmanship is just amazing. This is our first time shopping at Berkshire Furniture, but its definitely not the last. I can't wait for friends to come over to see the set. I highly recommend Berkshire as the entire experience from order to delivery was exceptional.

We renovated our kitchen and wanted a new kitchen table/chairs. This was done two years ago. Also ordered a new sideboard for the dining room a few months ago. What can I say? Saber and Duran were amazing right from the get go. They helped in choosing the style, wood stain, etc., and they did the set up when the furniture was delivered. They are so professional and accommodating. They work very hard to ensure customer satisfaction!!!

We were looking for a bedroom set that was made from solid wood and the bed had storage. Our set was made of Maple.They had different stains to choose from and also hardware.
The style that we chose was built by Handstone but they had many other manufactures and they all work out of Canada.
The quality is made for a life time.
