We have an ongoing water problem in our crawlspace.
We have tried other fixes and thank you so much for the job you did. The tech you sent out was very polite and obliging. However the problem still exists, so we will need to go further.

Gerald was superb! The workmen showed up on time, worked in the rain to completed the job. They were friendly, professional and efficient. I am VERY happy with the results. Replaced rotting wood with a new product and it looks great!

There was a delay getting the system installed due to customs holding the order and then the installer called away for some emergency, but it was finally installed. The installer was very polite and cleaned up after he was finished.

Excellent analysis of problem and repair. Good execution of putting in insulation and small crack repairs.

Working with these guys was great! Their office staff Gloria is knowledgeable and friendly and they showed up exactly when they said they would without me needing to follow up. They pointed out some other potential issues that "might" be a problem, but then came and looked closer and said it was okay and told us how to monitor it, so I don't feel like they were out for making extra money, but just wanted to be helpful!

We had two holes and cracks that needed to be filled. They used a solidifying material, but did not cement over so it doesn't look too nice. Good thing it is in the crawlspace. There was still some leakage after a heavy rain and had to call them back. Also, some of the foam hardened outside where it is noticeable.

They came when they said they would.
They did what they said they would.
They were efficient, courteous and cleaned up beautifully.
This appears to be an excellent company and I recommend them highly.

The sales person (Jordan) assessed my existing Basement Systems installation (done by the previous owner) and recommended insulation upgrades and backup battery replacement options.

The service technician (Kyle) serviced both of the sump pumps and replaced the old deep cycle batteries with new ones. The technicians also installed additional basement insulation, as recommended.

All persons contacted were friendly and professional. The work was done well and I will recommend Basement Systems to my friends.
