The BSV team is super professional, responsive and patient. They did an amazing job to fix my crawl space and foundation cracks. They explained the problems, the plans, and how it works very well, which made it super clear and make so much sense to me. I am very satisfied with their service and work, and would highly recommend anyone who wants to seal their crawl space and do insulations.

The basement was not sealed from inside. Rodents were entering the basement. The openings were sealed from inside as a part of the upgrade. Also a trade mark vapor barrier was installed. Some droppings were seen immediately after work completion. However, the source of the droppings could not be established. After a week it appears that no new rodent droppings could be found. It appears that sealing carried out as a part of the upgrade work is effective.

I was very impressed with the process from start to finnish. My thanks to Gloria, Jordon and Mathew for being organised and a job well done.

Owner and office manager were easy to reach through either e-mail or phone and they provided clear explanation on proposal and work schedule.
Technician cleaned out the derbies in the crawl space that were left by previous home owner, sealed the crack on the foundation walls and insulated them. Drainage mat was installed so it's now a lot easier to move around in the tiny space just over 2 feet. They also installed a jack to level the floor sagged by boiler room.
I would recommend this company to anyone I know who needs the similar service.

Office Manager excellent response. Job appears to be well done; time will tell whether effective solution. My only complaint-the cement dust spread throughout the house was terrible. If not possible to contain, at the very least a warning so that TVs etc. could have been covered would have been appreciated.

Repaired rodent damage and replaced insul as well as prevention work in a very small and confined crawl space’

Heritage home basement leaked after extended periods of rain. Trenching solution under basement floor proposed that traverses perimeter inside concrete walls. Team did an excellent job of excavating despite fairly thick concrete. Poly'd surrounding areas to keep out dust. Hauled away excavated material. Job was done all according to specs in quote. Good daily communication by team lead. No surprises. Solid solution.

My crawl space had become infested with rats. Found Basement Systems ad/coupon in the mail. They did an excellent job removing infested insulation, covering all entrance holes, removing rubbish, putting in new insulation and vacuuming the entire crawl space. Fellows were helpful, knowledgeable , personable, professional and friendly. Great job done on a nasty environment! Would highly recommend their service to others with similar problems.

After teething problems with scheduling due to the Covid pandemic it was a pleasure to have our issue rectified by your crew, Jessica and Steve.
