Concrete roof tile cleaning and repair

Larry has cleaned the concrete tile roof for me and made some repairs as well. He is very experienced and does good work, though sometimes he can be hard to get hold of.

Roof Inspection

Hired Larry to investigate source of leak. Charged $300+ for each visit, but really did nothing but superficial work and the leaks continued. Tried to get him back to fix source of leak, but would not respond to phone calls and does not use email. After all that, turns out he completely misidentified the source of the leak according to a thorough and definitive inspection done by another roofing company.
