We bought a place but the washer was a front loader and my wife despised it because 1. the previous owners did not keep the front seal dry so we found mold 2. there is no soak cycle and 3. the Bosch manual stated that there is to be no use of bleach with this model (and there was no tray dispenser specifically for bleach, just detergent and fabric softener). The problem with the newer top loaders is the water saving "feature". It means the washer tub won't fill up past the half way mark in order to save water. That makes it disadvantageous to wash sheets, unless you manually fill the tub with a bucket to make up the difference before the wash and during rinse cycles. b-line was well aware of these issues, and only carry heavy duty units that are completely serviced from top to bottom. They also carry a full 1 year warranty despite being used. The only issue was that they didn't test the drain hose as it had a pinhole leak that would drip slowly under pressure but they will send a technician out to replace it.
